We will be with you for every step of your recovery. We are dedicated to making our patients independent with their lymphedema home management programs.

 

If it is your first visit please be ready for your visit with:

1) a copy of your ID and Insurance card

2) digital paper work completed and outcome surveys filled out

If you are a returning patient have all necessary products for your treatment including; bandages or compression garments. Please also bring a list of all medications you are currently using. We look forward to every interaction with our patients and work non-stop to make their visit productive and memorable.

We are in network with the following insurance companies:

Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Lymphwell will happily look into any insurance to see what services are covered.  Most insurance plans have out of network benefits, and if not will usually work with us on a case to case basis because our practice specialty is rare, and they often don't have a Lymphedema Therapist in network.  Please don't hesitate to reach out to us to inquire about your insurance coverage.
